7. Allow payroll items to be connected to work locations so you can run one payroll for employees that work in multiple locations/states

   Ability to setup multiple state locations for an employee in the same payroll. Currently, If the employee works at two work locations during the same pay period you can not run one payroll. This is particularly an issue if the work locations are in different states. It would be very helpful to have payroll items that are associated with work locations. If the payroll items were associated with the work location. I have a VA resident that works at the VA and NC physical work locations. Currently I have to run separate payrolls for the VA and NC work locations. If the pay items associated by work locations then I could run one payroll and use the payroll items as needed.

   Ability to setup multiple state locations for an employee in the same payroll. Currently, If the employee works at two work locations during the same pay period you can not run one payroll. 10. Allow price rules to work in the new invoice/estimate layout

    Without the price rules working in the new estimate/invoice layout we are having to manually look up prices. I considered this a business-critical need and can imagine that many others are suffering from not having the price rules available.

11. You need to remove the Due Date, Amount and Review and Pay on an estimate. I send multiple options that the customer can select from.

    There has to be a glitch. When I send an estimate through Quickbooks it shows A Due Date, Amount and Review and Pay on the estimate. This should not be on an estimate, only when you send the invoice. I include multiple options for different scopes of work on one estimate. I have had two customers freak out already when they received the estimate. This needs to be addressed immediately please

18. Use same invoice # for the same customer

    Due to the closing of the 2023 books, I cannot go back and edit an invoice I made for a customer. This new version of Quickbooks (that became effective in May 2024) does not allow me to use the same invoice number for the same customer, if I need to add more services to their job/project. It forces me to create another invoice # which does not allow me to consolidate the invoices against my CRM. Please bring back that option.
