We use to track milage for our trucks by class. The new Enterprise version 23 is too cumbersome
For Enterprise Version 23, the workflow is terrible and time consuming.
1. Add Save and New so we do not have to start from step one to Select a Trip each time
2. Default End Date to Start Date
3. Do not make Company and Item Required
4. When manfully entering start and end miles, remove the pop-upOr, simply provide the option to have the previous way to enter mileage. We use the mileage to track mileage of 2 business owned trucks by class. Not all classes have customers,. I have a document that I can submit .

Please allow users to change the rate on the invoice to 3 decimals, if needed.
Allow users to change the rate on invoicing to 3 or 4 decimals, if needed. All companies do not use the rate for 2 decimals on the invoice. A lot of companies use 3 or 4 decimals when creating an invoice for the pricing.

Please make the font larger and darker - or at least give us the option to make it larger and darker.
You have a lot of people with bad eyesight that's getting worse and worse as we strain to see the faint fonts on the screen. I've tried the dark mode, but the white fields still have text that's hard to see. This has been posted for years now. Please consider doing something about it.

Report Error
Hello,
For years our company has run the following report with the below customizations:
Reports > Expenses by Vendor Summary > Select Vendor > Group By Account > Accounting Method Selection set to Cash < Run Report
Until January 2022, we did not have problems with this report. Since January 2022, we noticed this report, when selecting the Cash Accounting Method, is no longer showing the expenses paid to the vendor by PAID DATE, rather, it is listing the expenses paid to vendor by the BILL DATE.

Allow for customizing role and functions besides giving full access
For QuickBooks Online, the current options for permissions by roles, either fixed or custom, does not allow for just selecting view, create, edit, or delete. It only allows for full access. We have users that have specific roles and do not need access to everything. The other preselected roles built-in do not meet our needs.

Display reporting period for balance sheet report
The reporting period for the balance sheet report as displayed via the mobile application is for the previous month but that isn't displayed anywhere so most people are likely to assume it is YTD like the default on the web. Reporting period should be selectable. At the very least, the reporting period should be displayed so the user can correctly understand what is being displayed.

Add ability to edit packing slip and add a column for backordered items for QuickBooks Online
Currently there is no way to add a fillable column to an invoice outside of the few default options. Additionally there is no way to customize the packing slip and make note of items that are currently out of stock. This makes it very difficult to communicate to customers what they are actually receiving in a shipment to hand write notes on the packing slip. This makes the packing slip look very unprofessional and makes tracking items that need to still be shipped nearly impossible without creating a manual system.

Keep Location Names Visible in Vendor Hub
In the vendor area, when the account category is posted to only one account the Location name is visible as ' Oak Lawn' or 'Elmhurst' in the vendor. However, whenever I have more than one account category entered for that particular vendor, the location name turns into 'Split' in the vendor hub even though I never split the account to multiple location. Could you please keep the Location visible despite the number of account category used in the detail so it can be more useful to us.
