I love the recent updates to QuickBooks Mobile, especially the customizable Purchase Orders and refreshed design. One area that could really enhance the app is better multi-user collaboration. Right now, when multiple team members update invoices or POs simultaneously, it can be confusing or lead to sync delays.
My suggestion: implement real-time updates with clear change notifications, so everyone on the team can see edits immediately. Additionally, having a mobile-friendly activity log showing who made changes and when would make teamwork much smoother.

Approve time at different pay rates
Employees working same job, same day but at different rates need to have their time approved at the specific rate. For example, employee works 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The 'night shift pay' starts at 1:00 AM (we have out employees clock out and back in so 1-6 am is a separate time entry for approval). We need the ability to approve the night shift at the lower night pay rate. Currently unable to do this which is a big concern.

Track time for clients with multiple currencies
Time tracking in Quickbooks Online is currently limited to the "Home" currency only. With me sitting in Europe, I can only track time for EU based clients. While some of my clients sit overseas and I bill them in their local currencies, it would be a great feature addition if you could implement a multi-currency time tracking option without me reverting to a thirds-party app.

Group chat in quickbooks time
Would love to have a chat service within the app for company notifications relevant to multiple jobs or changes. It would need to be interactive with all users so that questions that are posted can be answered on the app.
