Approve time at different pay rates
Employees working same job, same day but at different rates need to have their time approved at the specific rate. For example, employee works 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The 'night shift pay' starts at 1:00 AM (we have out employees clock out and back in so 1-6 am is a separate time entry for approval). We need the ability to approve the night shift at the lower night pay rate. Currently unable to do this which is a big concern.

That's a really important feature request. Handling shift differentials or varying pay rates for the same employee on a single day is a huge bottleneck when the app forces a single default rate. Having to manually adjust those rates outside the quick approval flow completely defeats the purpose of mobile time tracking.
Being able to select or override the pay rate directly from the time approval screen—or at least having the app automatically apply differential rules based on time windows—would save so much time and prevent costly payroll errors. Hopefully, the product team adds rate selection to the mobile approval workflow soon!
