I’d like to suggest several improvements that could significantly enhance productivity for users working on QuickBooks Mobile (iOS & Android).

1. Advanced Reporting on Mobile Currently, reporting options on mobile are quite limited compared to desktop/web. It would be extremely helpful if we could:

Customize reports (date range, filters, tags)

Save report templates

Export reports directly to Excel or PDF

View profit & loss with more detailed breakdowns

Many small business owners rely heavily on mobile while traveling, and deeper reporting access would reduce the need to switch devices.

1. Faster Invoice Workflow Creating invoices on mobile could be improved by:

Allowing saved invoice templates

Auto-suggestions for frequently used products/services

Bulk invoice sending

Easier attachment management

This would save time for service-based businesses issuing invoices daily.

1. Improved Notification System A smarter notification system for:

Overdue invoices

Payment confirmations

Client activity

Customizable notification settings would help users prioritize what matters most.

1. Better Performance Optimization Sometimes the app feels slow when switching between sections (Invoices, Customers, Reports). Performance optimization and smoother navigation would greatly improve user experience.

QuickBooks Mobile is already a powerful tool, but enhancing reporting flexibility and workflow automation would make it even more valuable for business owners who operate primarily from their phones.
