  8. Pay Run to create Pension & PAYE "bills" instead of journals so they can be matched when payment made

    It would be really good if when a pay run is finalised, a bill for the pension contribution and a bill for the PAYE is created automatically (instead of the journal?) so that when payment is made and can be seen in banking it can be matched to that bill. I have been told to just "exclude" the pension payment and HMRC payment from the online banking list but feel the check of the bill would be a perfect solution instead.

    South Carolina requires you to report taxable sales tax for sales/use tax reporting by city and county. It would be great to have a report to allow you to have easy access to this information. Currently, I have to download the data to Excel and manually calculate sales tax at the invoice level since I need to take the shipping location into account to make sure I tie back to the right number.

    Quickbooks has become a popular platform for backed business operations. Obviously Quickbooks cannot service the frontend requirements. But if Quickbooks can create a low code platform like zoho creator, developers, vendors can build applications for frontend requirements.

  17. Import Bills & calculate CIS deductions

    Import bill for CIS subcontractor - UK

    Current bill import function will allow you to import a bill into say account CIS cost standard (20%) but fails to calculate the CIS deduction.

    After the import you have to manually edit each bill to force through the calculation.

  19. Visually impaired - unable to see banking buttons

    This is on my laptop/ desktop. Buttons to connect to bank are white on light grey. I use black screen with white writing as I have sight problems.
