    Spirit cancellation policy doesn’t offer traditional refunds for most tickets unless you booked a refundable fare (which is rare). Instead, they provide reservation credits, basically, travel vouchers you can use within 12 months for any Spirit flight. When I hit “Cancel,” the page clearly stated that the reservation credit would be issued after the cancellation fee was deducted. My total ticket cost was $189, and the cancellation fee was $69 since I was about 10 days out from departure. Within five minutes, I got an email with my credit code. Fast, clean, and no phone call required.
