There are times when a new customer is comping from another country and is already using the QBO in their country version but for an accounting firm which has another country variant which makes it difficult to use the feature "transfer billing to me".

    I'm trying to have a tidy up of Quickbooks and would like to make an old Product/Service inactive, but it's the very first one I used to set up Quickbooks in the first place, so when I try to make inactive, I end up with "Error This needs to be active because it's the default product or service for sales."

    I have been facing issues with stock valuation for few months now. e are using Cash basis as our account method. On the Balance Sheet, stock asset figure is wrong if we are using cash basis. But stock asset figure is correct if we are using accrual basis. I have spoken to the helpline a lot of times about and spent a lot of hours with them. 19. Sales Tax Parity between Mobile and Web

    This idea is to be used as we try to close the gap on the sales tax experience between Mobile and Web. TYrack UV submissions that outline this gap by adding the Ticket to this Suggestion.

    Current Hypothesis: Web users who migrate to Automated Sales Tax from Manual Sales Tax will experience a fractured sales tax experience when trying to operate on the Web and on Mobile.

    Future Direction: Users will have a hybrid experience between AST and MST.
