  2. Sales Tax Parity between Mobile and Web

    This idea is to be used as we try to close the gap on the sales tax experience between Mobile and Web. TYrack UV submissions that outline this gap by adding the Ticket to this Suggestion.

    Current Hypothesis: Web users who migrate to Automated Sales Tax from Manual Sales Tax will experience a fractured sales tax experience when trying to operate on the Web and on Mobile.

    Future Direction: Users will have a hybrid experience between AST and MST.
