Simplify the Invoice Creation Screen
Your "new" UI for creation of invoices reminds me of when Microsoft launched Word 6.0 in 1993. All the options and pull-downs serve no point and make it harder to work, not simpler.

Class data for payroll in basic functionality that does not work
It's essential for many entities to have Class info associated with payroll expenses! Why does QB Time even have a Class field if that data does not flow into QBO?!
It's basic functionality that existed in Desktop. It's a no-brainer. The class field in QB Time is completely pointless and useless if that expense data doesn't get created in QBO, which it doesn't. It's not complicated to fix this... the Class data associated with the hour entries ALREADY goes into QBO, so why doesn't the payroll expense data get classified with those classes?!
There is a setting in QBO set each staff to ONE class only, over-riding any Class data imported. That is so stupid, it's beyond understanding. The point of Classes is to classify stuff... not to be unable to classify stuff.
This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Inventory Bin Location Field
We had an item custom field set up in desktop to identify the bin location of each item. Online does not allow for custom item fields nor has a location field. This is critical in maintaining inventory. Please build this feature into the Online version.

Put Manufacturer's part number in products and services
there was a field for Manufacturer's part number in desktop and there is not in online. We used this to track with the OEM part number. We don't always use the same vendor and have our own part numbers so this was a way to track and cross reference with the OEM part number.

Allow grouping of estimate line items under a Customer Display Line
The Estimate function needs a way to group detail line items under summary lines that are shown to the customer. We don't want our customers to see all the lines items that go into the estimate, and would rather show them higher level line items.

I am using Quickbooks online. I have recently transferred from Quickbooks Desktop. In the Desktop, it has a preference to set todays date as the default. Can you make it an option in Quickbooks Online.
I will be inputing bills into the system and a customer will walk in and I forget that the date has changed from the last thing that I posted.
So then I have to go back and fix all my invoices, reprint, and have customers resign their copy. DISASTER.1 vote -

The Estimate function would be much easier to use if it supported an Excel import feature just like Invoices. I need to enter several hundred estimate line items for my project and use progress billing. Please create an import interface!

Sales Tax Based on location is necessary for service at location businesses
As of 5/8/2024 I lost the ability to apply sales tax rates based on location of our customer. This is a needed feature for a service based business, such as a electrician, where we travel to the customers location and they are required to pay sales tax based on their location not our place of business. The new form does not allow me to do what I've done the past year to type in location and then QB calculates their sales tax. I can now only first determine customers sales tax rate then override the sales tax that QB wants to charge customer.

ProAdvisor Certification Portability
Our credentials need portability. Please create a procedure to transfer a ProAdvisor certifications. They need to be tied to a personal email AND to be able to be linked to a business email. It should be something as easy as adding the personal email as a backup email to the new firm team member profile. For example: what if i build up my credentials while working for one firm and then change firms? Obviously, the new firm wants to take advantage of my credentials, but they don’t want clients sending Accountant Invitations to the old firms’ email or my personal email.
