Add a subtotal option for iOS users
I could use a subtotal option on iOS... I do estimates on my iPad! I do Handyman work... often times my customers have a list of jobs and they want a price for each thing...! As of now, I have to do the multi-project job quotes on my iMac because that is the only thing that can do subtotals.

Toggle on/off sensitive information displayed on mobile
The mobile app allows the convenience of using QBO in public areas or in front of customers. However, the customer tab displays a header with "sales in last 90 days" and totals for open balances. I don't need this information at my fingertips, and I really don't need a customer or bypasser to see this information. I'd like to have the option of toggling this sort of information off, specifically in the Customers tab. This would allow me to not have to hide the screen from the eyes of others, and to complete tasks such as having a customer type…

Time Tracking Mobile App for Time-Tracking Only Users
The time tracking feature would be amazing and more usable for various companies (ie: companies with employees in the field) if there was an app for time tracking only users. I would love to know if/when this might happen.

Add Bundles to the Mobile App
Currently only items can be selected when creating an invoice in the mobile app. Client really needs to be able to select bundles to be able to utilize the app out in the field when interacting with customers.

Billable Expense Functionality in Android Mobile App
Right now when creating expenses in the mobile app (iOS and Android), you can attach an expense to a customer, but you cannot mark the expense as billable. This means that to add billable expenses to invoices, I must go through the desktop to mark all the expenses I created in my phone as billable. I can't imagine the reason for attaching an expense to a customer without also allowing the option of making it a billable expense (the only other use I see in it relates job costing which is another feature QBO lacks).

add the option to print packing slips from the mobile apps. this is the only thing that keeps me needing a real computer to log into. It seems really easy to do for intuit. when you go to print an invoice let the option be there to print a packing slip instead

Show account balances on mobile app
I think the mobile app should be able to show the balances of the accounts. It seems it would be helpful for people who are on the go to pull reports or see account balances from their phone or tablet.

Bank Deposits on Android Mobile App

Quickbooks Online: Make an old product and service inactive
I'm trying to have a tidy up of Quickbooks and would like to make an old Product/Service inactive, but it's the very first one I used to set up Quickbooks in the first place, so when I try to make inactive, I end up with "Error This needs to be active because it's the default product or service for sales."
Is there a way to change the default to another one?

Having Quickbooks create w-2's is fine but I think they should be editable in all boxes, not just boxes 12 & 13. Also editable always and not just in December.
