Sales Rep option in mobile app!
I need the option of noting WHO is preparing the invoice in the app. We have multiple guys in the field. The online version has a sales rep option, which is not available in the mobile app. The option to have who did what would be great.

Add drop down menu for messages on invoices

Customize Payment Vouchers and Receipts
It's better to have customizable payment voucher & receipt so that we can add additional fields such additional signature and payment voucher number, etc.

Billable Rates -
In payroll-employees add billable rate and title. I don't have time to go through everyone's timesheets and add the same billable rate for that employee each week.
I would like to see on the unbilled time report the title of employee as well as the title of employee on my invoice that is being billed.

Price Levels in Mobile App
i have recently subscribe to quickbooks and i am trying to set up my company parameters, accounts, customers, inventory etc.. I was informed that the international version does not allow you to have multiple price list for the same product. I was given the option to create different subcategories of the product as different price lists, meaning that I have to create 5 different subcategories and post the same item in all categories with different price, I am a bit disappointed as this is not user friendly at all. Would like to view customer's record with just one click
Would like to view customer's bills with just one click. It would be good to be able to see the billings with picture format rather then we got to click each invoice and scroll the items.

Installment Payments on Single Invoice
Support breaking up an invoice total into separate installments with user-defined due dates.
Use Case: Customer books a special event one year out. Payments due each quarter with remainder on event date. Single contract, single commitment to customer. Would be great to have this match with a single invoice.

Collapse billable expenses into one line item on invoice
My business only has services and billable expenses that need to be invoiced. Our billable expenses are generally all travel related. Depending on the customer, this can be hundreds of line items. I'd like to be able to collapse or otherwise roll-up the billable expenses into one line item on the invoice as "Billable Expenses".

Sales Invoice - Phone Number Field
Our accounting team does not have a direct phone number so listing a phone number for our receptionist who can then forward a call has been our solution thus far for the number to reference on a client invoice. With COVID-19 and office closures, we are working remotely, and our phone calls from clients are hitting the main line and then getting lost in the plethora of voicemails. Autosave/Recovery of All Transactions within the Mobile App
Users spend lots of time creating invoices, sometimes in the field with a customer. When the app crashes, they lose that work, causing lots of frustration and possibly an embarrassing situation in front of a customer.

Enable 'Send Later' Invoices and Estimates to be sent on a particular date
You can currently create invoices and estimates so that they can be sent at a later date. However, to then send these documents you have to undertake a batch send manually. It would be better if you could set the date you want each invoice sent so that the systems sends them automatically on that date. This would mean I could prepare invoices prior to the end of the month and get them sent out all in one go on the dates required. especially handy if you are on holiday

Edit Billing/Shipping Address for Clients directly on the Invoice or Sales Receipt in the Mobile App
Customers want to edit the shipping and billing address on the invoice itself. Currently, you would have to select the customer, click on the circle i symbol, and edit the Customer's Profile information. Users want to do this per invoice. Override ability.

I am not able to send recurring invoices for guests at my extended stay motel. So I am still using square for payments. I would like to be able to use quick books for invoices but am unable to without this feature.

Better invoice options
Invoice default is set to print by invoice date (only). Our business works with builders who would like their invoices by subdivision and lot number then separated with a blank line between each subdivision to make it easier for their bookkeeping. They do not want separate invoices for each subdivision. Example they may only have 1 entry for lot number, then several entries for the next lot number.
I can separate by Product/Service but this will be a lot of additional entries, tried entering the date in the description field but the problem still lies that when the invoice prints…
