You need to remove the Due Date, Amount and Review and Pay on an estimate. I send multiple options that the customer can select from.
There has to be a glitch. When I send an estimate through Quickbooks it shows A Due Date, Amount and Review and Pay on the estimate. This should not be on an estimate, only when you send the invoice. I include multiple options for different scopes of work on one estimate. I have had two customers freak out already when they received the estimate. This needs to be addressed immediately please

Use same invoice # for the same customer
Due to the closing of the 2023 books, I cannot go back and edit an invoice I made for a customer. This new version of Quickbooks (that became effective in May 2024) does not allow me to use the same invoice number for the same customer, if I need to add more services to their job/project. It forces me to create another invoice # which does not allow me to consolidate the invoices against my CRM. Please bring back that option.

Allow the Product/Service Line to be Blank When Providing Multiple Descriptions for One Service!!
With the old QuickBooks invoicing I was able to provide multiple descriptions with quantity and rate for one product/service. Now with the new QuickBooks, I can't leave any product/service line blank and the system will autofill with "Sales" regardless of how many times I delete it. PLEASE change this back!!

Ability to customize amount format on reports
When creating a report there is the ability to show negative amounts in parenthesis or with a minus sign at the beginning or end of the amount. Sometimes we need to be able to reflect a dollar amount as a positive even if it would normally be considered a negative. Need ability to do this. For example - positive pay report to submit to bank. The amounts can not have parenthesis or negative sign.
