STOP using only INVOICE and RECEIPT in the .pdf file names, and include the entity being paid name. Too many conflicts with others.

Reminder emails for due bills
I just would like to see reminder emails for due bills. It is hard to determine if I have paid my bill or not. Then I have to do a search for the original email to see if there is a balance.

Allow auto-pay to be stopped or changed
I used to be able to set up autopay on recurring invoices, so I did that, but now the option to set up, change, or stop autopay is gone. Multiple times a month, I'm getting an email saying that my payment didn't go through because the money keeps trying to come out of a debit card that's been cancelled for months. Add to that the fact that there's no support option - What happens when someone just decides they want to stop autopay? Do they just have to cancel all their cards? Add more than one customer to project
Ability to add more than one customer to a project. In construction we can have one project but multiple customers with different billing/invoicing. We still want to track the income from those customers but keep it all under the same project.

Allow me to have connected to my own Quick Books company account
I paid my balance by Credit Card however I am also a QB user that is set up with payments. The system should have reconinsed me and allowed me to pay my bill via the QB network

Allow auto & one time payments via credit card & Debit Card... No one uses checks anymore...
Well its not super complicated... You just accept credit cards and debit cards and create auto pay application for said payment method!

Autosave receipts
Auto - save the receipts when you have an invoice and are logged in there shouldn’t be a “download receipt” option only. There should be an “auto add receipt to “receipts” option.

More detailed email invoice
The first view someone sees in the email should show the item breakdown, that way they can have a quick reference of the work that was done without needing to click any links or buttons.

ALLOW ACCESS TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME IF DESIRE
I would like to pay a month or so ahead sometimes an it would be nice to access QuickBooks Invoice payments Portal to do that.

Dates of service
Maybe add specific dates of service? This would be helpful since sometimes weather [or equipment failure] throws off schedule. I mark my calendar when lawn is supposed to be serviced & when it's not done, I mark that it was missed, so if there's a question on billing & it's pro-actively answered on the invoice, it would be one less question I'd need clarified.

Adding the Payer ID number to the reciept for bank security for payment
With increased bank security, it would be nice if receipts showed payee ID numbers, so we can add as allowed payeer
