Include simple data
Including SIMPLE data like dates and a brief description allows for us as a client, to cross reference with what we are being charged for. With this not being included I have to then look at my calendar and that stalls me paying right at the time of receiving the invoice. it also feel too vague, and not personal. I could be accidentally charged for something I didn't have done or agree to.

Every invoice I pay is part of one of the invoices I made. If would be nice If I could attach them together somehow
I get invoices from people who worked for me on a job I made an invoice for. So it would be nice if I could easily say which invoice that is part of so I could easily know how much I really made on each job.

Automatically remove the credit card fee when someone selects to pay with bank information instead.
Price was sent to me assuming the use of a credit card and automatically adding the 4% processing fee. The price should send stating the cost and only when the payment method is chosen should it state the additional fee for use of credit card, or none at all when the choice is made to use the bank information. This system now thinks I have an outstanding balance for that amount of the credit card fee if I had chosen to pay with credit card, which I did not.

Smaller invoices.
The question posed by QuickBooks after I used this website to pay an ungodly amount of money for my daughter's college room & board is ""tell us how we can make paying an invoice better."" or, alternatively, "how can we improve your experience paying invoices online?" I am glad Quickbooks is aware that there is space for an improvement in the experience of paying a bill online, because the fact is, it is an experience that could do with some improvement. I don't want to have to create an account to set a date for payment. I like being able to schedule a payment date.
I like being able to schedule a payment date, but hate that everything we do forces us to create an account unnecessarily. The invoicer already has an account, that should be sufficient.

BLANK Receipts!
After making payment, the downloaded invoice is BLACK with the exception of the QuickBooks logo at the top of the page. This is by no means an actual receipt! It makes it very difficult when trying to expense payments for a business! How can you not provide actual receipts?

Dont offer trash services with awful management
Carissa needs to learn how to manage a business, take criticism, and properly communicate messages to her staff. Not react and defend every time. Fired, moved on to a less expensive and more tenured service.

Please provide better communication.
I pay my bills on time. It's important to me. However, I have had two late payments in the last two years, and it's because of your poor communication. You send one invoice, which may or may not end up in my inbox, because it looks like spam. You send no reminder/follow-up emails, if the invoice hasn't been paid. Instead, you just quit coming to mow my lawn without explanation. I need better communication and follow-up, especially if you want to be paid through an email link. Thanks.

I don't see how I can adjust the total to include a donation on the form.
Let the client adjust the total to facilitate donation amount.
