Verification Letter
Novo banking allows users to download a bank verification letter in their mobile app and online portal. QBO does not have this feature and customer service is no help getting one of these letters. It should be easy to download one, email one, and request that one be sent to a 3rd party from Quickbooks.

Add "Change Customer/Projects" to Reclassify transactions
I would to be able to change customer/project for multiple transactions. I have over one hundred transactions that got charged (travel) before our contract was signed, and I have to go back and individually add them to a project one transaction at a time.

Can QuickBooks Add a More Dynamic Payments Overview?
I find the current Payments Portal useful but a bit static. Is there any plan to introduce a more dynamic, real-time overview of transactions? Something with clearer visual sections and instant updates would make it so much easier to track pending and completed payments. A dashboard that feels more responsive and modern would really help with daily workflow.

Importing Chart of Accounts Descriptions
Please allow the ability for Accountants to import the Account Descriptions for each Account. This is imperative for all users who have access to post transactions to fully understand what the accounts should be used for. Manually adding descriptions for larger companies (50+ accounts) is a gross disservice of accountants' (and anyone's) time when this could be avoided by simply allowing an extra field in the Import process.

Sticky Note on customer Invoice
I would like to request a feature that allows us to attach "sticky notes" to individual customer profiles.
My goal is for these notes to be visible on the invoice page whenever I am inputting a new invoice for a particular customer. This would be incredibly helpful for quickly referencing important information such as pricing agreements, payment terms, delivery instructions, or any other relevant details specific to that customer.
Having these notes automatically appear when I open a new invoice for a customer would streamline our workflow and ensure we have all necessary information at a glance.

Please add a filter (for vendor, time period, category, class, etc.) when downloading attachments in bulk!!
Currently when one needs to export attachments to send to auditors, QB's Attachments page does not allow you to pick and choose the specific attachments to download. It downloads ALL items PAGE BY PAGE. The ability to filter what we need for a given vendor/month/category/class would be more ideal when bulk downloading!

Your AI bot that tries to help you when you call in sucks. I have to call on behalf of my current company because you guys mess up our billing all the time and it makes me want to throw my phone at the wall. Provide features for reporting/automation of w9, direct deposit, and time tracking emails
Please add a feature from within the API to provide enrollment status indicators for w9s, direct deposit, and time tracking.
This is a simple and basic feature to help customers ensure gorvernace (it is NOT something that QBO provides reporting for) and QBO not having this feature in a world of automation puts this product in the stoneage.
A quick google search shows that people have been asking for this for 5+ years!!!

Inactive Vendor and Customer Cleanup Wizard
Have a feature for vendors and customers that quickly inactivates vendors and/or customers that haven't had transactions posted to them in a specified amount of time. Allow the user to select whether it's vendor or customer, allow the user to enter the date, and click "Run Wizard" - then the program would go in on the backend and deactivate anything that hasn't been active since the date the user entered.
