Add more than one customer to project
Ability to add more than one customer to a project. In construction we can have one project but multiple customers with different billing/invoicing. We still want to track the income from those customers but keep it all under the same project.

I'm a school photographer. I will photograph one school (a project) and receive payments from hundreds of customers (parents of kids). I currently have no way to track who has paid me and who has not. Help!

Including many customers in a project is important for making the project work well. Good communication and working together help make construction and cost estimates better.
We, at SMA Estimating, also think that when many people work together on a project, it makes things go smoother. This can lead to better cost estimates, easier ways of doing things, and better results for everyone.
If you want more tips and tools for managing projects and figuring out costs in construction, you can visit our website https://www.smaestimating.com/ We want to share helpful things with everyone. Thanks for the helpful information, and keep doing a good job!

I agree Kyle! We have multiple customers per one project as well. This is critical to matching 1099's from customers to their actual amount they paid us versus the actual income of the project. These are two independent things that need to be tracked separately for proper reporting. I have been asking for this since we started using projects a couple of years ago. I really hope QuickBooks Online fixes this.
