1. Ability to Send Sales Forms from own Email Address (Available on Web for Gmail users)

   Why hasn't this already been done and why has this not received more votes?? This should be an absolute STANDARD 'feature'. I could do it with my other cloud software and now we are regretting the change.

   Ridiculous. A VERY simple SMTP addition and this could all be solved. I do NOT want to pay for third party services such as Zapier etc to do this.

   Then there is someone answering these queries on the support site with 'of course you can send the emails through your own system, just download and save as a pdf and then attach it to your email'. This is NOT helpful, and a ridiculous response as in fact the system does NOT natively support SMTP so stop with the false suggestions. If I wanted to add yet more time to our day to day activities I would have gone with a desktop solution, oh wait but Quickbooks desktops DOES have the SMTP function. Hmmmm a step forward or backward?

   This is 2019, a basic function like this should exist. I do not want our clients to receive emails from '@quickbooks', this is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. It also means we cannot use the built in mail and scheduling function so no time saved for us there. We cannot effectively track emails, get email receipts and a whole host of other functions that we could have if you just listen and get this function added.

   Kashflow has this, Sage has this, maybe it's time to switch.

   Please note - this was originally posted on your first/other suggestion board - I note it had 24 votes and you failed to bring it over when you set this one up. I wonder why it is that you keep ignoring this request by many, many users.

2. Account Maintenance in the Mobile App

   There is no current way to downgrade licenses if a customer needs to.

   this is really unhelpful i was advise i could download the data and then re-import most of it into a new account however this could not be done for journal entries and any invoices you have previously match would have to be re matched.

   Meaning i would have to go through and redo lots of work for a client. this is really not suitable as if you did not go through and redo all the transactions or journals the balance sheet would be wrong not great when you need information to be correct for reporting purpose for example to HMRC.
   Customers might need to downgrade but to have to go through all previous transactions for example and rematch them this would take a long amount of time especially if your have 2 or 3 years worth on the old licenses you would expect in this day and ages that Intuit would have a way of migrating data to a new account, i can understand losing some functionality in certain area that might have been available on say the plus version if you downgrade to essentials but not to have to redo basic data.

3. Invite and better Manage Users in the Mobile App

   QBM users need to be able to invite accountants and other users in the mobile app. In addition, users need a better way to manage the access levels of these users within the Mobile App.
