1. Blacklist certain customers from auto invoice reminders

   Please allow us to blacklist certain customers so that they don't receive automatic invoice renewals. Not all of our customers appreciate the automatic renewals, especially when there are substantial completion holdbacks.

3. How to stop forced banking error "Please choose a credit card to pay"

   Received error "Please choose a credit card to pay" during posting from the bank feed. This is an owner’s draw paying the owner’s personal credit card and not a payment to a company credit card. This error does not allow us to categorize to the correct COA and remains in the transactions unposted.

5. Do not require filing specific payroll taxes if all employees are exempt for that tax.

   All employees at my company are exempt from paying state payroll taxes. As such, I have checked the exempt boxes for all employees. The problem is QBO still automatically creates tasks and filings for those taxes even though all employees are exempt. The tasks and filings jam up my feeds and I miss important alerts.

   I would like to request QBO only create tasks and filings for taxes if there are non-exempt employees. Otherwise, do not create them.

8. Allow Users to Opt out of the New Layout of Invoices

   We need packing slips.

   No where in the new layout of invoices are you able to print off a packing slip. This will hold up the end of our manufacturing process since we remove invoices/inventory/products by printing off the packing slip and shipping it off. We don't care about any of the new features in invoices, we need the ability to print off a generic (no costs associated) slip for our drivers, receivers, etc.

   We have been able to avoid this major problem with the new Invoice layout by switching back to the old layout. We are going to be royally screwed when we are forced to use the new layout. PLEASE allow us to either KEEP the old layout all together, or at least the option to switch. There is not one benefit to us with the new layout.

15. add markup column in customer estimate

    Please add a markup % column on customer job estimates - which is not visible to customer - (like in the desktop version), along with option to create inv or PO from the estimate. Customers generally want a job estimate (which they review/approve) before being sent an invoice. Currently in QBO, a markup column exists only in Vendor Bill or Exprense, with the option to create a customer invoice but not an estimate for customer to review.

17. Changing Sales Tax Rates for ALL Customers at the SAME TIME

    Recently Cedar City, Utah updated the Sales Tax Rate from 6.2% to 6.45%. When entering new invoices, the Sales Tax Rate defaults to the "based on location" option. I have over 700 customers that I need to update the Sales Tax Rate for. At this time, I will need to do it 1 at a time. If there was an option to change this for all of the customers, at once, it would save a ton of time!
