Building team chemistry
Does one player getting more money than others hurt the locker room chemistry? I want to support my favorite player but I don't want to cause jealousy on the team.

That is a valid concern, but honestly, these guys are professionals now. They understand that everyone has their own brand value. Plus, usually when one guy eats, everyone eats because the team wins more. A lot of times, teammates will even hype up each other's NIL links. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
