Report for outstanding invoices that have not been viewed
I would like to be able to create a custom report that will show outstanding invoices that have not been viewed by the customer. This would be a less time consuming way to check customer contact info to be sure the correct email is associated with the customer account rather than clicking through every outstanding invoice to see if it's been viewed or not.

I believe having the option to print invoices again in the iOS app would be beneficial to all as well as being able to make a credit memo
I need the option to print and creat credit memos on the iOS app. Also I was able to go through sale based on date and now that is no longer an option either. These are key, for many like me trying to run a business and keep our customers happy.

Allow signature capture on custom invoice templates
Currently users are able to capture a digital signature on invoices using the mobile app. However this feature is only available using the default invoice style and template.
Upgrading the software to allow for this same feature using custom invoice templates allows users to track receipt of product or services while also keeping a strong brand image with invoicing.2 votes -

Customized User Roles - let us actually customize them!
I created a specific role for someone I only want to be able to add/edit an estimate. Problems with this limited 'Sales' role are:
1) I am not able to uncheck the delete option for Estimates.
2) The user role still has access to see open invoice totals by customer.
3) I don't want this person to be able to make any changes to products and services, but this is also granted with this role.2 votes -

Unable to Add Users with existing email link, preventing user setup in QBOnline
When setting up a new user in QBOnline, the email link provided is much too long to use and even when all firewalls and security protections are removed, we get "proofpoint" error messages. In turn we are now down until we can get our users into the system, as we cannot operate without them.

Employee IRA contribution direct deposit
It would be nice to be able to set up direct deposit for employee contributions into their simple IRA accounts. Currently, there is only the option for deducting the contributions but not actually sending them to their IRA accounts. It would be nice if it would automatically deposit the amounts into their accounts just like their payroll.

I wish QBO Mobile App had the ability to enter bills. I only see the option to enter expenses paid such as credit card receipts.

US Bank Singlepoint:No transaction showed up after I manually upload bank transaction file.
Just this morning when I manually upload transaction file from my bank, no new transaction showed up.

There is no detail information when you link your US Bank Account through Singlepoint. It only shows like ACH Debit, Check Paid etc.

Renaming "Customers" to "Suppliers"
I would like to be able to rename "Customers" to "Suppliers." We are a travel agency, so we don't have customers paying us. We have suppliers (i.e. hotels and other partners) that pay us commission based on the bookings we make for our clients (travelers). Those suppliers are who we create invoices for.

Add image or product image inside the ESTIMATES rather than attaching it
It would be hard if its not inside the ESTIMATES other clients still need to ask which is which. You should come up with an idea where you can upload the product image directly to the estimates not as attachments

Allow class codes for auto recorded transactions
It would be nice if we could assign a "class" to transactions that are auto recorded by QuickBooks. Examples of this would be the CC processing fees, discounts, and other auto recorded items. Right now I am manually editing each item which is a huge waste of time.
