2. Better escalation

   Intuit customer service is lacking in an ability to efficiently escalate issues with Intuit Online Payroll and Quickbooks Online Payroll. I spent about 50 chat sessions trying to get a simple access issue fixed. Most of the people that I got ahold of I had explain the problem from scratch, I was disconnected and had to reconnect with someone else and had to repeat everything I had said. I was unable to get someone on the phone. The IVR would just direct me to online chat sessions. There was two people in this experience that actually had some knowledge/experience that was useful. I should be able to get from your Tier 1 people to those knowledgeable people in one call.

3. Product/Service Column in Invoices not showing full description

   Within an invoice they have now changed the formatting so that in the Product/ Service column as you type in your product its duplicated meaning you cant see the full description, I have multiple products with the same name and different flavours so i am now unable to see the flavour to select with it being like this, I would like to request it to be changed back to the original formatting as this is causing a problem for me and wasting time selecting products just to find the correct flavour.

4. Allow Quickbooks to scan receipts like Quicken

   I have used Quicken for years, and can easily scan the original receipt into the program. With Quick Books however, I have to scan the receipt page by page. After scanning each page, I have to save the file. As an example ... "2021-08-08 - Spectrum Business - Acct # 0050916539-01 - Pg 1 - $80.51". Once I have scanned the first page, I then have to scan in and save the second page, then save it once again with Pg 2 at the end of the file name. Their bill is 8 pages long each month. I use an outside CPA firm to file all of my tax returns for the business. I have to use my local scanner to scan each page, one at a time, then save it to a folder on my c: drive. On the cloud, I then need a folder to save all the scanned pages in. EG "Scan Files" folder, or whatever I would like to name it. Now that I have the local scan folder and the scan folder in the cloud, I then have to copy from my C: Drive, then PASTE into my scan folder in the cloud. Once I have each page of the receipt in the cloud, then Quickbooks will be able to access that folder, and I have to individually select each page of the invoice to send over to the accountant. Quicken is so much easier. I click on the paper clip near the date, then click scan. It ads the PDF to the transactions. I then click and scan the following page. When done, I can click on the paper clip and click on each page to see it individually.

5. Weekly Timesheets

   Please create a way to make the customer names private on the Weekly timesheet. When a contractor fills out their weekly timesheet, when they click on the customer name dropdown, I don't want them to be able to see the names of every client that my company works with. I only want them to have access to the clients that they specifically work with. I have a tutoring company, and I only want for the tutors to be able to see their clients- not everyone else's clients. PLEASE find a way to fix this!!

7. Reports/Statements

   Customer verbatim: Limit increase request, Description : Customer needs to print EOM statements and seh has 500 customer accounts and needs all 500 printed all together at once not 50 or 100 at a time, She says that this is not acceptable as this is a lot of work and if the limit be increased to 500 and up, it will make her work easier as its a really busy store. She is also loosing a lot of revenue because her customers have to have the statement before they can pay her.    When capturing your receipt photo it should give an option to add additional pages and be able to crop each one as well. About 30% of our business receipts are more than one page!

10. Enable Open Banking Protocol for Buisness Accounts with Triodos Bank

    Both Quickbooks Online and Tridos Bank UK are accredited to use the Open Banking Protocol for seamless trasaction history updates from buisness' banking providers to their QBO accounts.
    There is no reason that Triodos should remain unsupported by QBO.

11. Add the "print on check as" field to reports

    My company has thousands of vendors, some of which have a different print on check as name than their company name. We use a third party to print checks for us, so we need to be able to export this information, so that we can ensure checks are made out properly so the vendors can cash them. I am having to run reports in two different systems to be able to gather this data.

    It would be great if the print on check as field were an option in the import section as well. When I first starting using QBO, the print on check as section would automatically default to the display name, which includes unique identifiers and cannot be printed on the checks either. We have anywhere between 15-30 new vendors a day, and cannot go through the process of unchecking the "print on check as" display name and then manually changing that to show the name we want to print on the check.

    We are having to work through another third party software to import our vendors into QBO as a workaround, but would be great if this were an option when importing directly into QBO and had a reporting functionality so we could do everything in QBO.

12. For QuickBooks Online on web (not Mobile): Extra Email Fields for Vendors and Customers

    Please have the option of multiple email address fields in the Vendor info screen, so we can input different departments for Vendors, based on routing need. i.e. an email address they provide for accounts receivable to send remittance notices to, is different than an email we need to send purchase orders to. Currently there is only 1 field we can input an email address into, and we can't logistically change it back and forth based on what we need QBO to send out; transaction volume it too high to sanely do that. Same idea goes for the Customer side. Thank you.

13. Chart of Accounts

    Currently, the option to arrange the list in the Chart of Accounts manually is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. We can only sort the list in ascending and descending order.

    CPA's and Accountants desperately need this capability. We realize that you might think this keeps people from screwing things up if they aren't accounting savvy, but some of us are accounting professionals whose hands are tied by this inflexibility. Please reconsider and restore this functionality in the next update or, at the very least, provide an override for Accountants.

    It is not possible that I am the first user of a QuickBooks Online product to bring up this issue. Perhaps Intuit is clearing out feedback? When (estimated) will a fixed asset tracker be available for Online products? In what version(s) of QB Online will it be available? Will it accommodate both book and tax depreciation?

15. Stock Valuation

    Hi,

    I have been facing issues with stock valuation for few months now. e are using Cash basis as our account method. On the Balance Sheet, stock asset figure is wrong if we are using cash basis. But stock asset figure is correct if we are using accrual basis. I have spoken to the helpline a lot of times about and spent a lot of hours with them. Every time they suggest me to try something and then get back to them. We have been back and forth a few times. Finally 10 days ago, this query was passed onto the Tier 2 helpline and I have not heard anything since. Case Number is 569659150. I would appreciate an update on this ASAP. 18. SKU or ITEM NAME not appearing in Cost of Goods Sold Report in QBO

    There is no way to let the SKU or ITEM NAME appear in the "Cost of Goods Sold Report" in QuickBooks Online (QBO), if any user wants to review the variation in cost or for any other purpose. It just lets you to display Memo/Description which doesn't fulfill the need/requirement of user. So there should be an option through which a user can tick mark SKU or ITEM NAME so that it can be downloaded in the report.

    Whereas, in "Sales by Product/Service Report" in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it just shows the Sales Price but not the Cost Price so this report can't be use as an alternative for the criteria mentioned above.

20. Currency Symbol Correction

    Currency Symbol Issue (Pakistan)

    I have just subscribed to this service for my business. And I want to report a currency symbol issue and would like it to be resolved immediately so I can start using it. I am operating from Pakistan in which there are two ways our currency is shown. One is in the form of "Rs" and the other is "PKR". But I am seeing " PRS " all throughout the platform which is a huge issue and I am unable to use it because of this, I can not send these reports in the form of " PRS " as it will cause confusion and legally it's also not right. Kindly solve this.

    Also, in the setting, it shows "PKR" which is correct. But then throughout the platform, it's shown as "PRS" which is incorrect.
