Data leakage in Time Tracking
Time Tracking Only Users and any user with the ability to use time tracking can view everyone's reports. The report data shows all users, ACTIVITY DATE, CUSTOMER, PRODUCT/SERVICE, MEMO/DESCRIPTION, DURATION BILLABLE.
Either set permissions for what a user can view in the Report or have the option to disable the Reports button.2 votes

Group chat in quickbooks time
Would love to have a chat service within the app for company notifications relevant to multiple jobs or changes. It would need to be interactive with all users so that questions that are posted can be answered on the app.

Please create a way to make the customer names private on the Weekly timesheet. When a contractor fills out their weekly timesheet, when they click on the customer name dropdown, I don't want them to be able to see the names of every client that my company works with. I only want them to have access to the clients that they specifically work with. I have a tutoring company, and I only want for the tutors to be able to see their clients- not everyone else's clients. PLEASE find a way to fix this!!1 vote

Allow Minutes Only in Time Tracking in QBO Accountant
Allow the option of entering a minute total that is above 60 minutes in time tracking for QBO Accountant. This would allow users to enter their total minutes without having to break them down into hours and minutes.1 vote
Change time tracking time format
"Time Activities by Employee Detail" report is shown in decimal format but the format for need to enter time for payroll in hours. Please allow to change format.
