Reduce spam on this forum
I notice there are many spam posts on this forum which are a waste of my time and make searching for relevant information more difficult.
My suggestion is to add an additional button on each post to alert the proper Intuit personnel to the possibility of spam, which then they can delete if necessary.

Allow transaction field "description" to be displayed.
Allow the transaction field "description" to be displayed in reports. Right now, only the "Memo" field is included as a similar choice. Most users will input info in the line field "description" rather than scroll to the little box for Memo at the bottom. This saves them lots of time, and so for me would be more of a useable source for customized reports. I ran into this specifically while customizing a report of bills by selected vendors.

Budget Excels download & upload by class features-not functional
When attempting to download budget template by class (Subdivided), the "Download budget template" feature does not work and no file gets generated; such template can only be generated at Consolidated format level. This feature in QB online is being offered; however, it does not function properly. Even the new Spreadsheet Sync feature does not allow creating budgets at the class level! Software Developer should resolve the issue with this feature being offered; manually entering budgets by class is time consuming and defeat the purpose of using Excel as means of automation.

STOP the constant ads on my DASHBOARD
Please STOP the constant ads on my dashboard or at least give us a way to hide them. The ads show up on my dashboard every time that I switch screens and it is very disruptive to my workflow. The hide ad button does not work and you have locked our ability to not show the ads altogether. I will never use financing through a click of a button in my quickbooks. Add Books Review tool to QBO Accountant
Please add the Books Review tool/module to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
The Books Review tools is one of my favorite tools I use when closing out my client's books -- it gives me a defined process to review my client's books every month and generate month-end reports. It is super useful in finding errors like missing payees, 90+ old bills, etc and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
But, the Books Review tool isn't even available to use for my our accounting firm's QBO Accountant account, which I find surprising.

It would be nice to leverage standard and custom field data in other areas of QB. As an example, I have a PO, Project Number and quote number field on quotes and invoices. I also free type this info into the product description often. It would be nice to be able to use a simple substitution string like. "30% payment for equipment purchased on %%PONumber%% for Project %%ProjectNumber%%"
