USVI Payroll tax tables
Quickbooks Payroll should support ALL US states and Territories including the USVI. The package is pretty useless unless I can get support for the Payroll module in USVI.

Sales Invoice - Phone Number Field
Our accounting team does not have a direct phone number so listing a phone number for our receptionist who can then forward a call has been our solution thus far for the number to reference on a client invoice. With COVID-19 and office closures, we are working remotely, and our phone calls from clients are hitting the main line and then getting lost in the plethora of voicemails. Bugette: Missing existing VAT period caution when using receipt-scanning feature
Hi,
In the expenses list, if I create an expense or correct a date on an existing expense, the caution as below appears if the date falls within an already-submitted VAT return period. Fair enough. But no such caution appears if an expense is added for the same date via the new receipt-scanning feature. Surely, such a caution should appear too. This seems something of an oversight.

Bugette with receipt-scanning
Hi,
A small bugette, with the QBO receipt-scanning feature:
On the PC, after reviewing a receipt, and correcting any incorrect fields, the next page, with the green 'Create expense' button bottom-right, can show the wrong name for the Payee in the small box top-right.
For example, I scanned a receipt from Greggs Cobham. The review page showed Greggs Cobham for payee. I changed that to just Greggs. But on the 'Create expense' page, it showed Greggs Cobham still. If I exit that page, then redisplay, the mentioned small box top-right now correctly shows just Greggs.

Receipt-scanning contrast control
Hi,
I think the receipt-scanning and PC post-editing feature is a great new addition to QBO. But how about adding a contrast slider ?
Some receipts are particularly hard to read. Especially after fading due to heat damage. A slider to vary contrast could very well help the eye pick out the shapes of letters and numbers.
Moving the slider back-and-forth could help the eye further, as persistence-of-vision can act to combine different parts of a letter or number shape visible at different contrast levels.
Perhaps a press-and-hold on the slider thumb could auto 'wang' the slider left and right…

Receipt-scanning ability to add more than one 'line item'
Hi,
I think the receipt-scanning and PC post-editing feature is a great new addition to QBO.
And my request as below has some overlap perhaps with request 'Add the ability to add products and services line items to scanned Receipts (Job-Costing)', to which I'll add a vote and comment.
But how about PC post-edit adding the ability to enter more than one 'line item'? Many of my subsistence receipts have a 0% element and 20% element. So I have to enter just the 0% element. Then click View expense in the popup. Quickly, as it disappears after a few seconds.…

Change time tracking time format
"Time Activities by Employee Detail" report is shown in decimal format but the format for need to enter time for payroll in hours. Please allow to change format.

Make Custom Sales Tax Rates Delete-able in Automated Sales Tax Center
The new automated sales tax center has no way to delete or make inactive a custom sales tax rate as the previous version of the sales tax center had. This is a very useful feature to persist into the new sales tax center.

Add the ability to add products and services line items to scanned Receipts (Job-Costing)
When processing scanned receipts from the mobile app, add the ability to add products and services line items. We are tracking job cost and break the cost into construction categories like plumbing, lumber, electrical, etc. When we scan a receipt using the mobile feature, the only option I see to categorize it is an expense (COGS).

Receipt Capture Feature for Income
I love the feature where you can forward your receipts to receipts@quickbooks.com. However, I just wasted a lot of time trying to match an income receipt. It turns out, it's not possible to match an income receipt. You have to download the receipt from your email/app and upload it to Quickbooks.
Please allow the receipt forwarding to be used for Income,

Improved Sales Form Delivery and Payment experience between QBO Companies
A QBO company issues invoices to another QBO company. Currently, the receiving QBO company will need to create a Bill for the invoice issued by the first QBO company.
it would be much more efficient if the receiving QBO company could auto-receive the invoice into its QBO without having to manually create the Bill.
We heard that Xero already has this functionality.

Service-oriented businesses could see more value in the app with an option to effectively manage and schedule appointments, with added leverage coming from push notifications coming from the app.
