First off, the time you REALLY need a Reconciliation Discrepancy Report/Tool is during reconciliation when you have differences. It's such a manual process now to get a memo to print on a check in QBO online. Very disappointed that there is not option to add a memo to the bill screen which then automatically prints on the check. It would be nice to leverage standard and custom field data in other areas of QB. As an example, I have a PO, Project Number and quote number field on quotes and invoices. I also free type this info into the product description often. It would be nice to be able to use a simple substitution string like. "30% payment for equipment purchased on %%PONumber%% for Project %%ProjectNumber%%"
