4. Report Exports to Audit Log / Allow Permission Blocking

   There is currently a glaring security issue in QBO where a staff member with read-only access to customer lists (among other lists) can hit the "export" icon to generate an XLS file containing that data on the list page. To make it even worse, this export does not appear in the Audit Log. It's currently very easy for staff to steal company data in its current form.

   Vendors terms on QBO don't allow a discount if paid early like the desktop does. Sample (1% 10days net 30) meaning if paid in 10 days there is a 1% discount on bill and due in 30 days otherwise. Please make this change to the software .

12. In forms that display information in 'spreadsheet' format, provide ability to rearrange the columns displayed.

    In addition to allowing the choice of columns to display in a row (using the gear icon) also give the ability to rearrange the columns in the row. One example on the display of customer transactions, you should be able to put the 'METHOD' adjacent to the payment amount - rather than have the separated by the MEMO field.

13. "Company name" should be field to populate "Name to print on checks" and not "Company display name".

    "Company name" should be field to populate "Name to print on checks" and not "Company display name". The display name is for internal purposes and should not transpire to external areas. For both vendors and customers, the display name is a place where a user would but a nickname however a nickname should never appear on a check unless said company legally can accept checks by that name. Please correct your automated system for vendors and customers so that "Name to print on checks" is the Company name by default and that the company name would be the name to appear on the bill pay as well.

    Your programmers should also reroute the default on the bill pay feature to point to "Name to print on checks" and not to display name. These inconsistencies in the software are confusing as to what to expect QBO to do with the data and how to use it as the end user.

For both vendors and customers, the display name is a place where a user would but a nickname however a nickname should never appear on a check unless said company legally can accept checks by that name. 14. Increase the character limitation in customer profile emails!

    I can't add more than 100 characters within the customer profiles emails. This is a huge issue for me because I need to add more than 3-4 emails at times to different customers. Please help asap!

    I want to be able to run a P&L and filter by "customer type." I believe it's doable on a desktop, but we are on QBooks Online. We want to distinguish which clients belong to which department via customer types. We are a CPA office with thousands of clients.

    Remove the limitation of creating a customer and vendor with the same name. This is a normal and common practice to deal with the same company as a customer and vendor.
    This limitation is damaging to QuickBooks as a software.

17. Search Custom Fields Under Customer or Vendor List Columns

    Under the Customer or Vendor List, if you enable a custom field as a column to display on the list you should be able to search that custom field column using the filter search right about the customer or vendor list. Without the ability to search that column it becomes useless to display custom fields as column on the customer list or vendor list.

18. Renaming "Customers" to "Suppliers"

    I would like to be able to rename "Customers" to "Suppliers." We are a travel agency, so we don't have customers paying us. We have suppliers (i.e. hotels and other partners) that pay us commission based on the bookings we make for our clients (travelers). Those suppliers are who we create invoices for.

19. Side bar scaling to show all text

    Side bar when searching for customers doesn't show full text. Need to either text wrap names or make the side bar expandable

    Jayvee from intuit chat told me this is the QBO desktop browser feedback channel. I don't know if that's true considering how much "mobile app" I'm seeing here. I told him that the green text above me says "How can we improve QuickBooks Mobile on iOS and Android?" and he told me to ignore it. Looks like a broken link sent me here
