I am extremely disappointed with QuickBooks. They placed a hold on my funds with no clear reason, and every time I called, I got a completely different excuse from every person I spoke to. No one seems to want to actually resolve the issue — they just pass you around, promise call backs, and then never follow through. Meanwhile, my business is stuck waiting on money that should already be available. It’s been nothing but frustration, wasted time, and zero accountability. I expected better support and transparency. I will be looking at other services moving forward.

1. the merchant email address on the payor view of an invoice
2. the payroll email address if you sign up for payroll settings

The person selling QuickBook products should make certain they are the right fit for the non-profit they are selling to. We have spendt months trying to reconcile our books because our sales person was dishonest and charged us for products we could not use then made us cancel the products (without reconcilation or clean up) then continued to charge us for products we had never used/nor would we ever be able to use.
