Contact info stored under Account Settings
Company facing email address says its for QuickBooks to contact us yet it appears as:
1. the merchant email address on the payor view of an invoice
2. the payroll email address if you sign up for payroll settings
3. the reply-to email address on purchase orders.
We really need QBO to create merchant-facing, payroll-facing, and vendor-facing email addresses.
Attached are some screenshots of where these problems occur and how rectifying them with separate email addresses would help us so much. With the current set-up, we are unable to provide secure, robust and consistent information and support for our clients, vendors, and employees.
I have written in the "Feedback" on QBO about this before with no action on QBOs part, but I am hoping submitting here along with my attached diagram (PDF or PNG formats available) will make it easier for QBO to comprehend the privacy and security issues with the way they currently have their software programmed.
