Why Is My Bank Feed Missing Recent Transactions Since Last Week?
Hi all,
I use QuickBooks Online to manage my small business, and I’ve noticed that my bank feed (from Chase) hasn’t updated with any new transactions since last week. It was syncing just fine before, but now nothing is showing up after July 19.
I’ve tried refreshing the connection manually, and even re-entered my login info, but the problem persists. There’s no error message, just no new transactions coming in.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Chase or other banks? Could this be a delay on QuickBooks’ end, or is it more likely something with the bank itself?
