Time tracking on mobile app and emailing pay stubs are a must to improve this software

I agree with all the comments. I do not know why I would pay for a 3rd party apps to integrate mobile timesheet when I am paying for an online solution. I am even trying to look at another solution which will allow timesheet on mobile. Very disappointed. Our employees must enter time when they finish their job and on site and we are a small business. No sense to pay for an add on.

I agree - as a consultant, I need to track my time spent at each client's office. Right now I have to keep a notebook with me and enter my time when I get back.

Enable Timesheet hours to be entered from a mobile device! This is crucial!!

Timesheet linked portal for employees to track time via app or portal - linked to QB. With the ability to geo fence or have position tagged entries to aid with verification of remote workers in multiple states. - ability for employee to tag a job, or task, or milestone. Ability for manager, or field supervisor - to have reminders to log into their portal - and approve hours each day. (other portal integration - safety and health documentation wizardry - when logging into a job on the timesheet, this could trigger a template of different required JHA, JSA, equipment inspection, or other client requirements, maybe even a - you must read prior to logging in disclaimer....
At the end of the day, the safety docs would be complete and already gathered without printing and scannning, time sheets done and approved - verified, and if the employee profile was tagged with a certain expense card - then all downloaded transactions for that card could instantly be categorized and approved or classified and justified, or duplicate charges be notified to administrators.

As an hourly freelancer who predominantly works out in the field, I rely on 'Time Activity' within the 'Sales' tab of 'Transactions'. The fact that this function is not available on the iOS App versions of QBO, makes those apps unusable for me. I would expect the mobile App to have this feature since it is critical for people who charge clients by the hour at different locations. I can't always bring a laptop to a job. So rather than bringing just my phone I must bring my iPad and use the browser version of QBO. When will the 'Time Activity' feature be implemented in the iOS App version of QBO.

How is this not available? We are a tech support company and perform much of our billable time onsite. This must needed feature seems obvious. Please help! :)

View all invoices on the mobil app. Even if they include items like mileage, time, etc. Going online on your smartphone is not always an option especially if you are already on the phone with a client

We offer professional engineering and consulting services that requires visit to the business location. We need the option to record time schedule.

Please add this. I was excited when I saw time tracking through QBO but then was let down when I found out it only works on a desktop. :(

In my browser I can record a "Time Activity". This would be a great feature to have on the mobile versions of the platform. To be able to record time while out without having to do a full login into the browser version.

Yes, I currently have to subscribe to another product to capture Time & Expenses with receipts from our associates and interface it into QBO. I would happily pay more for this feature!

Users with timesheet only access should be able to access quickbooks on mobile devices so that they can enter their timesheet throughout the day on their phones, ipads etc.

This is an essential feature for are business. I can't believe this is not integrated in the mobile version. I would really like a response form QBO. Is't coming ?
