Great idea.

Are you able to integrate a feature to allow me approve my employee timesheets from within the app

Time entry would be the most useful part of the app.

Why make people use T-sheets? Just integrate the T-sheet capabilities

Quickbooks acquired TSheets earlier this year, and they have a very strong mobile app! You'd have to pay for your TSheets service for all of that additional functionality, but allows for manual entry and integrates into QB..

I am a consultant and majority of my time is spent with clients. The inability to raise a single activity when I am done, is a major inconvenience. It means I have to make notes somewhere else and then transfer to Quickbooks; that is a duplication of effort and beats the purpose of having an online system.

I don't understand why this isn't already a feature. Perhaps I tuit is either trying to force users to purchase their T Sheets for an additional fee, or perhaps the user base is overfull and they are hoping some of us switch to Xero... I can't fathom any other reason this feature is STILL not available.

I think this has been left out as they want you to buy TSheets (now an Intuit company) - trouble is it's got a base monthly fee and a fee per user!

This would be an excellent feature to add to the mobile app as this is how we bill our customers. I would say to add the Single Time Activity as well as the Weekly Timesheet.

Time Tracking app is available using the GetMyTime app. It allows to start and stop timers, add time entries manually and sync with QuickBooks online or Desktop. Available in apps.com store now - https://appcenter.intuit.com/app-b7q24hwb3c?locale=en-us#

I would also greatly benefit from this feature as I pay for a separate app for the employees to record their daily time

I don't have payroll, but bill based on time. I would love to leave my meeting and enter time on my phone while sitting in my car rather than waiting until I got home. At that point, I've already had six impossible thoughts and five not-so-impossible thoughts go through my head and trying to remember one more thing doesn't always happen.

cannot believe that Quickbooks is one of the last to have such feature. If I had known before switching I may not have switched to QB.

a mobile app should allow employees to track their time while....being mobile quickbooks is totally dropping the ball on so mny features. they should have put all the feature of desktop into quickbooks online by now. switching to another accounting company. cant take all the waiting anymore, they must have only 2 programmers devoted to qb online

I can't believe this feature has not been added for all these years. Time entry is one of the most important functions in running a business and a "must have" for any company with employees out in the field with mobile devices. I agree with most all of the posts by the community about this issue and it is truly "A No Brainer!" We pay over $2,200 every year to Intuit just to use QuickBooks and their Payroll software...this would certainly seem to warrant some action by Intuit.

Adding this feature for time keepers seems like a no brainer
