Users with timesheet only access should be able to access quickbooks on mobile devices so that they can enter their timesheet throughout the day on their phones, ipads etc.

This is an essential feature for are business. I can't believe this is not integrated in the mobile version. I would really like a response form QBO. Is't coming ?

Allow for single time entries billable to a client. Users should be able to leave a meeting and bill for it from the mobile app.

I am looking for streamlined tracking for our employees for better payroll function and client billing. I discovered a product based out of India that has much more detail than what we are looking for, but non the less, would be a great tool in tracking the detail of employee time and client billing.

The product allows the employee to login to a mobile APP to enter their daily time. The entry includes drop down menu's for the client name, project/location, service/task being performed! Brilliant!

Some functions we are looking for if possible that we liked about the Replicon product are:
- Overtime calculation (customization or rules for each province)
- Mobile APP or Desktop login for employees to enter their time.
- Automated reminders to employees to submit their timesheets
- Levels of approval (field foreman/manager, supervisor, administrator)
- Reporting (Excel or PDF)
- Employee required to fill in all fields to submit their time (warning message if missing information)
- Billable time tracking
- Vacation and days off tracking

Ability to enter time activities in the mobile app. When on the road it would be GREAT to be able to enter time on the spot, then either invoice client (or not), keeping our time-sheets up to date.!

Timesheets, expenses, mileage, and GPS aware capability to assign to the correct Customer or Vendor could even be its own mobile app as time sheets users do not have to be full QBO users.

Would be great if you can enter hours on a timesheet on handheld devices or IPad"s to streamline work load.

Would love to see the log in that only allows you to enter your hours of work in available to mobile devices. Right now these log in's have to use a PC to enter there time. All of my employees are mobile users with no access to PC's. So right now I can not use this process and they are locked into sending in there time via a text drive email which I have to manually enter into QBO Time Sheet. Thanks.

Has been requested for over 3 years. Seems like a logical inclusion to the mobile app for Android and iPhone.
