Users are only able to customize their Invoice Template in iOS.

Save and New Option (When adding transactions) in Mobile
After you're done creating a bill or expense in the mobile app, there should be a save/new button. Right now to enter another expense you have to re-navigate through the menu again.

Add check number when submitting expenses in the Mobile App
Right now you can't add a check number when entering check expenses (expenses paid by check) in the mobile app - you have to physically enter it in the desktop app.

Invoice Delivery Status in Mobile
PLEASE ADD FEATURE TO ADD ORDER STATUS ON THE INVOICE. rIGHT NOW WE HAVE TO MANAGE THAT ON EXCEL. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ADD THAT FEATURES.

Filter profit and loss by "This Financial Year" in the Mobile App
The app used to allow you to filter the profit and loss by 'THIS FINANCIAL YEAR'. For some reason they removed that option (the most useful one of all). Instead, the available options are 'As of Today', 'This Month', 'This Month to Date', 'This Quarter', 'This Quarter to Date', 'This year', 'This Year to Date', 'Last Month', 'Last Fiscal Quarter', 'Last Financial Year' and 'Custom'.
I appreciate you can generate a report by selecting 'Custom' and putting in the dates manually. But surely a program designed to track financial transactions should at least have one of the 10 default options…

Custom Fields for Vendors or type field
In the desktop version, I was able to add custom fields to many of the list items. For vendors specifically, I created an Entity Type field, so that I could assign Corp, S-Corp, LLC - Indiv, LLC-S-Copr, Indiv. Partnership, etct. This would ensure that the 1099 selection for the vendor was set correctly, and that it was verified when the vendor was entered.

Edit Billing/Shipping Address for Clients directly on the Invoice or Sales Receipt in the Mobile App
Customers want to edit the shipping and billing address on the invoice itself. Currently, you would have to select the customer, click on the circle i symbol, and edit the Customer's Profile information. Users want to do this per invoice. Override ability.

Mobile users have expressed the desire to have better, more web-like functionality in the mobile app on Tablets. Due to improved performance, consumers are viewing tablets more like laptops than like phones.

Receipt Upload for Limited-Access users in QBO/Mobile App (User Management)
The mobile app will not allow Users with limited account access to utilize the mobile app. only those users with access to all features of Online. Employees who only need access to expenses should be able to use mobile app to upload receipts

Ability to Send Sales Forms from own Email Address (Available on Web for Gmail users)
Why hasn't this already been done and why has this not received more votes?? This should be an absolute STANDARD 'feature'. I could do it with my other cloud software and now we are regretting the change.
Ridiculous. A VERY simple SMTP addition and this could all be solved. I do NOT want to pay for third party services such as Zapier etc to do this.
Then there is someone answering these queries on the support site with 'of course you can send the emails through your own system, just download and save as a pdf and then attach it…

Emailing Invoices templates
Hey Guys, there’s a couple of improvements I’d like to suggest:
1) When constructing the emails to send off the invoices, sometimes the typing gets lost under the keyboard and it becomes very hard to see what you’re typing until you click off the keyboard. And maybe be able to set up our own templates.
2) I’ve had a number of clients now struggling to find the main invoice (maybe the click to view PDF, isn’t big/clear enough).
3) Have an option to create quotes using existing items previously used in invoices

Enable 'Send Later' Invoices and Estimates to be sent on a particular date
You can currently create invoices and estimates so that they can be sent at a later date. However, to then send these documents you have to undertake a batch send manually. It would be better if you could set the date you want each invoice sent so that the systems sends them automatically on that date. This would mean I could prepare invoices prior to the end of the month and get them sent out all in one go on the dates required. especially handy if you are on holiday

Track the status of my Merchant Service deposit in the Mobile App
I need to know where the check is in the deposit process. why the check hasn't cleared yet

We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH
