Sync Delay Issue in QuickBooks Mobile App + Asset Handling Bug Observation
I’ve recently noticed a recurring sync-delay issue in the QuickBooks Mobile app while updating invoices and customer entries. The data doesn’t immediately reflect on the web dashboard, even after refreshing. It seems like the mobile app’s local cache isn’t pushing updates in real time, causing delays of 30–60 seconds.
Alongside this, I also observed an asset-handling inconsistency when uploading previews or icons through the mobile app. Some vector-based assets compress fine, while others lose clarity, almost as if the app is applying an unintended scaling filter.
If the QuickBooks team could check the caching logic and image-processing pipeline in the mobile app, it would really help users who work on the go.
