Paid Time Off for Tipped Employees.
By law PTO must be paid at minimum wage for tipped employees that typically make less than minimum wage. I would recommend a $/hour field per employee when setting up a PTO policy.
Example: Sally makes $9/hour bartending. QB will only allow me to pay her $9/hour for PTO time requested, however the law says i have to pay her $15 (min wage). If i could designate what her PTO earning should be ($15), it would make life a WHOLE lot easier!!!!!!
