I would like to see the mileage tracker in Self Employed available to the other "more expensive" packages.

The automation feature of tracking mileage in Self Employed is the BEST mileage tracker I have ran across. I found it AFTER purchasing and setting up QBO completely. Why isn't this feature in QBO?

A mileage tracker, like the one in QB Self Employed, in Quickbooks online would be VERY useful! I would think this would be quite possible to integrate as it already exists as a feature in Self Employed?

Integrate a built in Quickbooks mileage tracker for Quickbooks Online, the same as the Quickbooks Self employed option has.

I am utilizing the independent contractor addition. I had a vehicle change. Your system does not allow me to add multiple vehicles to track mileage. I want the ability to be more exact and want to keep the history in place for a previous vehicle. The vehicle I have now and utilize for business is not the same as 2 years ago. Please review and consider allowing multiple vehicles and keeping exacting mileage for those said vehicles.

It would be nice to have the mileage tracker for all subscriptions. We have clients that travel for their business and we need to be able to access their accounts and have several options of reports beyond just a P&L. We are currently trying to get a client to convert to the QBO but we are at a loss for which program to recommend. We need multiple reports but his business IS traveling and doing repairs. Mileage tracking is a problem at this time.

Intuit, get on your A game and get features implemented that your customers are requesting. I feel like you're not reading these. Every feature I've ever seen you update has had incremental improvements in the software. Let's get going!

A mileage log would be great! Had it on the desktop version but not the online version?

I am really Disappointed that I cannot enter mileage directly into quickbooks as in the past. I regularly charge mileage like an expense. Also you do not have the "job" category any more. I have a company for which I may do several cases under different file numbers but it is a real pain to enter.

Please add the ability to track vehicles and mileage. That feature alone is almost enough to make me stay with desktop version

Love the miliage tracker for self-employed but I use more features with qbo. I ran both side by side. Went with qbo but it was difficult to give up the miliage tracker

What happened to mileage tracking? In the desktop version, I was able to track my mileage for multiple vehicles whether or not the mileage was reimbursable. Apparently the online version has left out this important feature.

As a customer of quickbooks online, I would really like to ask to please integrate the mile tracker to all the versions of quickbooks. I don't think it's fair that only those with the self-employed version get to have this feature, given that it is one of the lowest-paid tiers of the program. Thanks, hope you guys make it happen!

Hello Quickbooks,
The name of our business is Sports Medicine Associates. Our business requires our employees/contracts to travel outside the city for different events. Which means that they get reimbursed for mileage. However, Quickbooks currently will ONLY allow the employees/contract workers to submit hours. Is it an unreasonable request to provide a function that allows the employee/contract workers to submit their time worked as well as reimbursed mileage? The is a major aspect of our business. Our employees must be paid for their hours worked AND travel, for the same date they have worked. It is very inefficient for our employees/contracts to create two separate accounts. As the company administrator, my whole goal is to improve the productivity of our business. By allowing our employees/contract workers to submit their hours worked AND gas reimbursement simultaneously, I can easily add both to a customers invoice. I hope this makes sense. I really would appreciate your swift response.
Best Regards,
