Non-Customer Contact Email / Live Chat
I have tried now a dozen times to make a payment, for some reason it did not work not getting further than a spiny wheel, your support number in Contact Us is in the US and only for customers as I have to enter a Customer Number. I am not a customer but a client and live abroad.. . Please Improve your customer support options!!!!!

Copy/Paste on Invoice
The account confirmation field does no allow users to paste the number. Typing the number in one digit at a time is less accurate than copying the number from their financial institution's website.

Allow Signing In/Creating New Account before you enter CC details
Offer the option to sign in or create account earlier before filling out the payment method details and then losing what you entered.

For ease of contact, include the company's phone number in the same block as the company's name.
Just to save having to look up the company's phone number, simply include it on the invoice.

Allow payment to be payed where we have an account and see pictures . I kept checking there to see a bill.
See amount owed on account .

I have 3 accounts under one email (me, my 2 kids), please tell me which account I am logging into
Paying an invoice - I have multiple accounts under one email address. Tell me which account I am logging into (password auto -fills).

When a client shows in both QBOL and Lacerte, sync the calendar year payments to misc itemized deductions Sch A so I don't have to look them up
