i want to be able to go to the endless website to see my invoices and pay my bill. It would also be great to be able to set up an automatic payment for any bill incurred. The history of invoices and payments should also be available.

Billing
Can you have the unpaid bill roll over onto the next invoice? I paid the latter invoice thinking I was ok only to find an extra lock on my unit. I then found the invoice from a month earlier and had to pay that one.

Anytime an invoice is sent, it would be very helpful to have dates and whether the invoice has been paid or not. Verify bookkeeping.
See above. However, I am asked to give my password for this suggestion but I have looked and looked and could find no way to access anything like "my account" on the Anytime websites. I would suggest having an accounts and IT manager upgrade your invoicing and payment practices. The final inspection took quite a while to book although it lasted only about 10 minutes, and it was then quite a while until I received the final invoice with a due date immediately. have a way to get back to your payment receipt at a future date
There should be a way to login and view receipts for past payments made online through QuickBooks. As it is now, once you leave the payment site, you can never get back to the receipt. I know you send an email receipt, but that only goes to the email address the invoice went to. As a bookkeeper, I need to have access to payment receipts for invoices that aren't sent to my own email address initially.

I texted you asking if you double invoiced and it seemed you did. We have services every two weeks and if you decide to do it weekly than that is not our fault and we should not have to pay.

More options to send completed invoice
Allow to send to a Dropbox or Google Drive info, or at min email once payment is complete vs. just download

STOP using only INVOICE and RECEIPT in the .pdf file names, and include the entity being paid name. Too many conflicts with others.

FIX YOUR AUTOPAY! You say I'm set up for autopay but it never goes through!!!!
The Merchant can't understand why autopay doesn't work for me and claims other customers don't have a problem with it. Do you think you can fix this? I doubt it. I've been complaining for months. I would NEVER recommend quick books. They are antiquated!!!

Create auto recurring payment when client makes first payment
Make all invoices option to recur monthly so that you don't have to enter payment information everytime you have to pay the same invoice every month!!!! This is why people have moved to honeybooks and stripe!!!

If paying directly from a bank, display the amount without the credit card fee so I don't accidentally overpay
This goes along with the idea "allow me to adjust amount to pay, I just paid the 3% credit card fee despite paying via bank transfer." I should have looked at the invoice first, but didn't, so that's my bad.

print paid on the invoice rather than having us upload a receipt
Just show paid on the invoice once paid to minimize what needs to be uploaded/printed.

We need a way on our end to track checks sent out from QuickBooks.
When we authorize for Quickbooks to send a check to our vendors we need a way to see for sure when the vendor has received that check or to find out where that check may currently be. I realize the mail is not most reliable these days so that makes it even more important to have a way to track.

Pay in Advance
I would like to be able to pay in advance. Currently it looks like I can only pay one month at a time. When I paid by check, I could pay 6 months ahead. Thank you.
