We need a way on our end to track checks sent out from QuickBooks.
When we authorize for Quickbooks to send a check to our vendors we need a way to see for sure when the vendor has received that check or to find out where that check may currently be. I realize the mail is not most reliable these days so that makes it even more important to have a way to track.

I marked as critical since that effects the way vendors look at you if payment is not made in a timely manner. We feel confident that we have satisfied the bill we owe then they tell us they never received a check, really makes the contractor look bad to the vendor.
