    Your email says I owe you $27.20. But the invoice says $25.35 (the new charges) and I can't change the amount.

    I just made a rent payment of $1961.82 using my bank account. According to your app, you took the full amount of over $4000.00 which i did not specify. I need this to be reversed immediately and for someone in your department to contact me immediately! Im going to send your company a screenshot.

    It is not obvious that the payment amount is a field that can be clicked on and edited. Add something to the line, like an 'X', to the right side of the field which is universally understood to delete the contents of the field so you can enter a new amount. This is a basic human interface tweak.
