Pay all invoices at once, or choosing the ones we want to pay, instead of one by one.
To make my work faster, the system should offer an option to pay all open invoices simultaneously.
An even better option would be if we could have the option to click only the ones I want to pay for.

Poor experience with AR.
Envriocheck sent me a bill 5 months after the work was completed and then expected immediate payment. Because of the delay I needed time to reconcile this with the insurance company. Susana, Maria and Kori were not understanding of this and instead blamed my insurance company and threatened to send the bill to collections. I did reconcile the bill with my insurance company and make the payment, but in this particular case a little understanding from your AR team would have helped with the experience.

Add an option under the Receipts heading to "Upload receipts from Google Drive".
Our employees upload receipts, bills and invoices for items purchased to Google Drive.
We want there to be an option under the Receipts heading, that would enable us to upload these receipts and bills to QuickBooks straight from Google Drive. In the same way that we can currently "Upload a Receipt from Computer"2 votes -
When poor communication is an opportunity to fix the problem
It took a lot of trial and error, searching and frustration to see that the "attachment" is actually the "live" paper clip graphic at the top of the cover email my vendor sent to me.
Also, the copy line that leads in to the above box is poor communication. Why do you choose to highlight this line in bold, e.g. "How can we imporove your experience paying invoices online?" and then limit the number of words allowed in the box below it? Send invoices monthly rather than having big huge $300 payments
Send invoices each month rather than two or three months lumped together. Everyone is trying to manage their budget and this makes it very difficult to come up with a large sum.

Ability to edit the amount should be highlighted a bit more
Its clear from other suggestions that people cant clearly see how to edit the payment amount. I would suggest that it be moved from top to below payment type/ area (directly above the "process payment button") with "Edit amount" Bolded and contrasted to other text on screen.

The invoice did not appear until AFTER I paid the bill. It should be view-able BEFORE I pay the bill
Make the invoice view-able before the bill is paid, not AFTER the bill has been paid.

Redesign this page. Put optional account creation fields above payment data fields on the same page. Commit both with the payment button.

Payment using bank transfer will not go through
I have paid Intuit invoices from Caregivers of the Lehigh Valley in the past using the bank transfer method with no problems. But when I try to pay invoices to Bluespring Agency using the bank transfer method they will not go through. This is an ongoing problem. I have two bank accounts to pay invoices with but neither one will go through for Bluespring Agency. This is a royal pain in the a$$. You can start by sending out invoices on time! Why am I being charge a late fee.
It seems as if QuickBooks is charging customers a late fee. Be that as it may, if a customer is late, they never send invoices on time. I'm going to seek legal action against QuickBooks.

Improve security of payment emails with some form of vendor authentication
I've recently had to pay two large invoices by clicking a link sent from the contractor for the project that they're doing for me. It is a HORRIBLE security practice to allow ANY vendor to request and receive payments this way. The only "authentication" I could perform on the payment email was to check that the amount requested was exactly what I expected. But if a hacker had previously intercepted any communications between me and the vendor, they could have generated a spoofing email with a look-alike button for that exact amount. The email contains all the information about the bill but there is not a link to pay within the email.This may make it easier and not hard.
Put a link to payment methods within the body of the email.

Offer an option to avoid fees! $24.50 in fees alone every payment is crazy. Almost $100 extra in fees alone!

I do not use app. email invoice and use my Laptop to Pay. NO AUTOPAY OPTION. I hate having to do the exact same thing every 2 weeks. YUCK!
I do not use the APP. I'm emailed the invoice. I click on it to pay. And I have never found a way to set up an automatic payment option. So, every 2 weeks I have to waste my time doing the exact same thing, definitely very annoying and minor time consuming.

Pay Multiple Invoices at Once
Also the option to pay multiple invoices at once (from the same vendor) like open each one and be able to add to tally.
