Poor experience with AR.
Envriocheck sent me a bill 5 months after the work was completed and then expected immediate payment. Because of the delay I needed time to reconcile this with the insurance company. Susana, Maria and Kori were not understanding of this and instead blamed my insurance company and threatened to send the bill to collections. I did reconcile the bill with my insurance company and make the payment, but in this particular case a little understanding from your AR team would have helped with the experience.
