  1. Clear Search History in Online Quickbooks

    I recently upgraded to Advance Online QB to have more restrictions on additional logins. When I did that, the search history still showed sensitive payroll information. I would like to clear the search history so users cannot see prior search results before access was restricted.

    I would like a user role that can review, approve, match, and edit transactions, but not be able to see my bank account and credit card balances.
    I'm ok with my bookkeeper reviewing, matching, and categorizing transactions, but they shouldn't know how much money I have in my businesses bank account.

    With QB Advanced only one Admin is allowed to use the Sync feature. Multiple admins should be able to sync data!

  7. Please make the font larger and darker - or at least give us the option to make it larger and darker.

    You have a lot of people with bad eyesight that's getting worse and worse as we strain to see the faint fonts on the screen. I've tried the dark mode, but the white fields still have text that's hard to see. This has been posted for years now. Please consider doing something about it.

  8. Allow for customizing role and functions besides giving full access

    For QuickBooks Online, the current options for permissions by roles, either fixed or custom, does not allow for just selecting view, create, edit, or delete. It only allows for full access. We have users that have specific roles and do not need access to everything. The other preselected roles built-in do not meet our needs.

  10. 2 step verification - TURN OFF OPTION NEEDED

    The inability to turn off 2 step verification is absolutely a fail. One code sent EVERY SINGLE time we log on. If I'm not available then my bookkeeper can't work.. Where is the logic in this...?!?!?!

    QuickBooks Online customise Reports lacks the ability to Filter by VAT CODE vital to produce the Partial Exemption calculation that the QB Desktop version provides. It is vital that we can produced detailed total reports of each VAT code (or combination) eg: Exempt; Zero rated; Standard Rated; Reduced Rated; Residual etc of Sales & Purchases to produce eg: Vat Detail Report of Exempt Turnover etc or Vat Detail Report of Zero Rated Purchases etc. We customised a group of such reports in QB DT but are not automatically moved to QBO.   16. Customise purchase order template

    We need to customise our purchase order template similar to how we were able to customise our invoice template with a .docx file. It's an important feature to offer business to keep their branding consistent across all our templates. I use Xero for my other business and it's extremely easy to customise the templates for all accounting documents so I am disappointed to find out that it's not available through Quickbooks and looks to have been requested some years ago now with no update on when this will be available?

    otherwise, we will have data violation and company is subject to huge risks of its data that any user can delete and void their transactions

    and access their information. We do not want to share profit and gain information with all users as example and all accounts. Only for the Account manager.
