  2. Add pdf to customer details

  4. Attachment/receipts - export by chart of account

    As an accountant, I need the ability to export attachments in batches, by chart of accounts. This will help provide organized receipts by chart of account, as needed for tax audit purposes.

  8. Once file for attachments and invoice to send the customers

    I scanned the tickets(any proof of works), then add it to the invoice. When I send it to the customer, I need it in one file, not separate. I need to send INVOICE and ATTACHMENT as a SINGLE PDF file in email. Just need to system consolidate the invoice and the attachment and add it to email. Thank you!

  11. Add search feature for Attachments List

    I like to upload attachments separately for various transactions that do not currently allow attachments, such as tax payments or payroll changes. While it would be great to allow for attachments to be added directly to these transactions, it would also be nice to search for attachments within the list. The only currently available options to find something that was uploaded is to sort by the file name, upload date, or another field that's displayed.
