Mobile App Check Matching needs a smoother workflow
Just wanted to share a quick piece of feedback for the mobile product team regarding Checks.
While the interface is clean, matching a mobile-deposited check to an existing invoice or expense inside the app still feels clunky compared to the desktop version. It frequently auto-categorizes incorrectly, forcing me to go back to my computer later to fix the mapping and avoid messing up my reconciliation.
The app should allow a more intuitive "Match to Invoice" pop-up right after the check photo is approved. Streamlining this would save mobile-first businesses a ton of double-handling time. Thanks!
