Simple Solution for Office 365 Email Backup
If anyone is trying to download Office 365 emails to a local computer, you can try SysInfo Office 365 Backup Software. I was looking for a simple solution to save my mailbox data offline because my Office 365 storage was getting full, and manual methods were taking too much time. After using this tool, I was able to back up all my emails, contacts, calendars, and other mailbox items directly to my PC without facing any errors.
