Can QuickBooks add a feature to test keyboard shortcuts or detect input lag?
Hi QuickBooks team,
I’ve been using QuickBooks Online for a while, and I sometimes notice that certain keyboard shortcuts don’t trigger instantly especially when switching between browser tabs or using multiple key combinations.
I started wondering if the issue was on my end (keyboard lag or ghosting) rather than with QuickBooks.
Before reporting it as a bug, I tried using an external tool to check my keyboard responsiveness, and it helped me confirm which keys were actually being detected.
Here’s what I used: keyboard test tool https://testedeteclado.com.br/ it shows key responses in real time directly in the browser.
Would be great if QuickBooks could have a built-in shortcut tester or similar diagnostic option someday.
Thanks for reading just sharing feedback that might help other users too!

I think it would be really useful if QuickBooks included a feature to test keyboard shortcuts or detect input lag, especially for people who spend hours entering data. I once noticed my workflow slowing down because of keyboard response issues, and using a https://allcpstest.online/ tool helped me confirm my mouse performance was fine. A reliable clicking test unblocked resource can also help identify whether the issue is with your hardware or the software, saving a lot of time troubleshooting.
