    Even after the user's email is changed, the user is able to access using the old email, which is a major security issue.

  3. Tags for the Mobile App

    On QuickBooks Online, there is an option to add tags on invoices and estimates. This feature should be available via the Mobile app as well.

  4. Customise purchase order template

    We need to customise our purchase order template similar to how we were able to customise our invoice template with a .docx file. It's an important feature to offer business to keep their branding consistent across all our templates. I use Xero for my other business and it's extremely easy to customise the templates for all accounting documents so I am disappointed to find out that it's not available through Quickbooks and looks to have been requested some years ago now with no update on when this will be available?

  5. Can we have an option to customize the left menu bar in QB online

    I use reports often but never payroll, etc. I'd like to move Reports up on the left menu bar

    otherwise, we will have data violation and company is subject to huge risks of its data that any user can delete and void their transactions

    and access their information. We do not want to share profit and gain information with all users as example and all accounts. Only for the Account manager.

  8. Users want Sign-In to remember passwords/be easier to get through on the Mobile App
