  1. At check out, ask us if the card saved, used last is card is what we want to use this time.

    Ask if we want the card on file as payment. Have to confirm that card on file. I didn't pay attention, and almost used a different card that I used before.

  3. Invoices should be sent more than 4 days (2 of which are saturday & sunday) before the due date. Should be received at least 1 week before

  9. make three tabs for payments, credit card, debit card or check. Make it so you have to choose a field.

    change the field to make you choose either credit card, debit card or check. I just was on the phone with my credit card company for 30 minutes to try to fix a problem that should have already been figured out.
    I should not be able tom process until I personally choose one of the three fields.

  12. Invoice does not take the existing credit balance from the previous month's vacation estimate, although the statement rec'd earlier does.

    Take existing credit or outstanding balances into account on the invoice.

  15. Place Payment in Thompson School Revtrak

    This places the band payment with the other school fees, such as activity fee and orchestra fee. Most parents have a Campus Portal profile and connects to Revtrak.
